Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to introduce and explain data warehouse steps and methods, to solve practical problems by introducing basic concepts and techniques, and to develop skills in using up-to-date data mining software. |
Course Content: | Data warehouse basics. Data warehouse planning, design, implementation and management. Calculation with data cubes. OLAP query processing. Fundamentals of data mining and its relation to data warehouses and OLAP. Association rule mining. It is clustering, classification and rule learning mining and so on. |
