Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: To gain knowledge and skills for the implementation and evaluation of the training module developed by using the theoretical knowledge associated with the preparation of pregnant women and their families for parenthood during pregnancy, childbirth and maternity.
Course Content: This course includes information and practices for the preparation of parents in pregnancy, maternity and family preparation for parenthood, pregnancy formation, routine complaints and coping methods during pregnancy, pregnancy exercises and preparation for childbirth, baby care/nutrition, maternity care and fertility regulation methods and other related issues.

1) To be able to explain parental education classes and features.
2) To be able to classify the basic principles in adult education.
3) To be able to create and apply training modules for parents on the formation and symptoms of pregnancy, the usual complaints during pregnancy and coping methods.

1) To be able to interpret the factors that are effective in the formation of fertility awareness.
2) Design and implement training modules for parents in dealing with normal birth physiology, birth pain and labor pain.
