Course Objectives: | The objectives of this course are transferring abilities to understand theories in ındustrial and organizational behaviours, compare and contrast them, use the research methods relevant for ındustrial and organizational behaviours, and apply what is learned in ındustrial and organizational behaviours course in this course to practice. |
Course Content: | This course involves Introducing Organizational Behavior, OB in Context, Individual Differences, Cognition and Emotion, Motivation, Work Well in Teams, Be an Effective Leader and Follower, Understand and Manage Power and Politics, Building Strong Relationships and Networks, Develop Communication Skills, Handle Conflict, Negotiation, and Decision Making. |
