Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The aim of the Department of Physical Education and Sports is to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge and skills on subjects such as the structures of cells, tissues, organs and systems that make up the human body, planes, axes, functions of muscles during contraction and the joint movements they create, kinesiological analysis of sports movements.
Course Content: Course content; To describe the components that make up the human body to the students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports.

Ders Akış Planı

Week Subject Related Preparation
1) Explanation of sports anatomy and kinesiology concepts. Examination of cell structure.
2) Examination of the structure of the circulatory system
3) Examination of the structure of the respiratory system. Organization of the nervous system and neural control of movement
4) Examination of the structure of the digestive system Examination of the structure of the endocrine system
5) Examination of the structure of the excretory system. Examination of the reproductive system. Examination of skin and accessory organs
6) Passive movement system – study of the structure of the human skeleton (bone, trunk and vertebral structures).
7) Passive movement system – study of the structure of the human skeleton (bone, trunk and vertebral structures).
8) Midterm
9) Examination of the structure and formations of the skull and facial bones in the passive movement system. Examination of joint types and structures.
10) Active movement system – the structure of the muscle, movement planes, movement axes and physiological naming of movements.
11) Movements made in the shoulder, elbow and wrist joints, the muscles that make the movements and muscular analysis of the movements
12) Movements made in the hip, knee and ankle joints, the muscles that make the movements and muscular analysis of the movements
13) Movements made in the trunk and neck joints, the muscles that cause the movements and muscular analysis of the movements
14) Examination of lever systems and kinesiological analysis of motor movements. Muscle strengthening and stretching exercises.
