Course Objectives: | To have knowledge about technologies applied to different foodstuffs such as meat, milk and cereals; To understand the factors of food spoilage and food preservation and to have the knowledge to use this knowledge in professional applications. |
Course Content: | The food technology course covers different food processing technologies such as meat, milk and cereals, the factors of food spoilage and the necessary techniques for preserving food in accordance with both quality and food safety criteria. |
