Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to introduce Enterprise Resource Planning applications in businesses, to examine ERP architecture and application trends, and to examine the modules.
Course Content: Architecture of ERP systems. Environment and configuration. Planning of ERP systems. Design and implementation processes. Reasons for restructuring. Sales and marketing. Accounting and finance. Core ERP modules such as production and materials management and human resources. Supply chain management. Customer relationship management and collaborative planning of forward planning and scheduling. Integration with forecasting and procurement processes. Future directions for ERP.
