Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to learn the basics of neurological rehabilitation, to distinguish physiological and pathological conditions associated with neurological rehabilitation, to choose and apply evaluation methods in neurological rehabilitation. |
Course Content: | This course; It provides learning of rehabilitation approaches within the scope of physiotherapy and rehabilitation in neurological diseases. Rehabilitation of upper motor neuron, lower motor neuron diseases, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, tumors in the central and peripheral nervous system and neuromuscular diseases; and additionally, specific physiotherapy treatment modalities and rehabilitation approaches will be discussed. |
