Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: Objectives The objective of this course is to enable students to learn the processes of data collection, processing, and analysis in the social sciences. The course covers quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques, statistical methods, data visualization, and interpreting research results.
The course also aims to develop students' analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific research skills. The goal is to enable students to obtain reliable and valid results by applying the correct data analysis techniques for research in the social sciences.
Course Content: The course covers data analysis methods in the social sciences both theoretically and practically. Topics include data collection methods, statistical analyses, use of SPSS/R, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and interpretation of results. The course enables students to develop their data analysis skills through case studies and projects.
