| The Medical Data Processing Program is designed to educate qualified associate degree graduates who can work effectively in healthcare institutions where medical data and digital systems play a critical role in service delivery. The program focuses on developing professionals who are competent in using health information systems, supporting medical data management processes, and contributing to data-driven decision-making in healthcare organizations. Graduates of the program are expected to work in hospitals, medical centers, public health institutions, health insurance organizations, and health informatics companies, where they support clinical and administrative processes related to data recording, verification, reporting, and quality management. The program also aims to develop individuals who respect ethical principles, patient privacy, and data security standards; who can communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams; and who continuously improve their professional competencies by following technological and sectoral developments in digital health. PROGRAM OBJECTIVES (DS 4.2) PO1 Graduates work as technically competent professionals who can effectively and securely use health information systems in healthcare institutions. PO2 Graduates contribute to reliable healthcare services by acting in accordance with data security standards, ethical principles, and patient privacy regulations. PO3 Graduates evaluate professional problems using analytical thinking and evidence-based approaches and contribute to solution processes. PO4 Graduates communicate effectively, adapt to teamwork, and take active responsibility in healthcare service delivery processes. PO5 Graduates follow current developments in digital health technologies, continuously improve their professional competencies, and adopt a lifelong learning perspective. |
