Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: It is aimed to learn the research, theory and practice of effective interpersonal communication and to evaluate everyday relationships in the light of the knowledge gained about interpersonal communication.
Course Content: The Model of Effective Interpersonal Communication includes information on Verbal, non-verbal Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills such as Reinforcement, Asking Questions, Reflecting, Listening, Explaining, Self-Disclosure, Assertiveness, Persuasion, Compromise, Participation, and Managing Small Groups.
