Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to foster a strategic perspective on business management. The course provides information on methods businesses can use to establish competitive advantages over time and in response to changing environmental conditions. Students will learn to identify and systematize environmental factors, as well as to address practical competitive challenges through appropriate methods. Strategies and methods essential for the long-term sustainability of a business are examined in this course. |
Course Content: | This course covers the essential frameworks, concepts, theories, and techniques of strategic management necessary for bringing a strategic perspective to business decision-making. Students will develop strategic thinking and management skills by applying strategic management theories and techniques to real business problems. |
