Teaching the Pilates exercise system and working principles.
It is aimed to lay the right foundation for the implementation of technical studies related to Pilates education and to make students comprehend the skills.

Course Content: |
Prepilates preparation, pilates history, controlology pilates 3 main principles (whole body health, unity, breathing), mat 1 application movement, purpose, precautions, deep core stabilization, deep core, outer core anatomy, natural position of the spine, ideal posture, spine anatomy and functions, reformer anatomy, reformer 1 application movement goals and measures, pilates instructor's learning goals, personalized exercise planning, 1 to 1 practical training. |
