Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: Bu amaçlara yönelik uygulama fizyoterapi sistemlerindeki tüm eğitim programlarından yararlanabilmek ve klinik uygulama uygulamaktır.
Course Content: During the internship, students will have the opportunity to take patient histories, contribute to treatment planning, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. At every stage, they are expected to pay attention to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical principles. Internship placements include university and training and research hospitals, private physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation and sports health centers, as well as elderly care facilities. The content of the internship is shaped according to the characteristics of the institution. In the final weeks, students are expected to prepare case reports, deliver presentations, and participate in overall evaluation processes. Assessment and evaluation are based on the student’s internship logbook/journal, clinical performance and mentor feedback, case reports and presentations, as well as attendance and professional conduct. The Compulsory Physiotherapy Internship is carried out over a period of 20 working days.
