Program Profili

As it is in the whole world, gastronomy is a rising value in our country. Depending on this value, people's eating and drinking needs are increasing. Institutions and organizations that are actively working to meet these demands are increasingly in need of qualified staff. In order to meet this need, students are given culinary training on local cuisines, world cuisines, modern cuisine applications, and different presentation techniques.
