Course Objectives: | Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to learn information about national and international food legislation, food control and standards. |
Course Content: | This course covers Turkish food codex, national legal regulations on food, laws on biosecurity, regulations and communiqués on food additives, residues and contaminants, legal regulations on packaging materials and labeling, food control and food standards, etc. It covers a wide range of legal issues. |
