Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, focuses on the relationship between food and culture, examining all the stages involved in the feeding process; history and culture of food and beverage, Turkish and world culinary cultures using up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge such as presentation and application skills, restaurant management, food technologies, and cost control, a branch of science contributing to research and development.
