Aim of the Programme

The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts aims to train gastronomy experts who are qualified and innovative, equipped with theoretical and applied knowledge and skills in all areas of the food and beverage industry, and who will serve at an international level, in accordance with its multi-dimensional disciplinary structure.
