Dersin Amaç ve İçeriği

Course Objectives: It is aimed to understand the chemical structures of foods, to teach chemical threats and food preservation techniques that can be found in foodstuffs.
Course Content: Food Chemistry course includes basic chemistry information, chemical structures of foods, environmental and process contaminants that can be found in foodstuffs, agricultural and veterinary drugs, natural food toxins, food preservation techniques.
